Booking Appointments 

Please Note We Are A Female Only Clinic


All appointments are to made via fresha and must be confirmed to avoid your appointment being cancelled.

If patch tests are required for a treatment, Do not book the treatment appointment before booking a patch test appointment or your appointment will be cancelled 


Please only arrive at the time of your appointment as we don’t have a waiting area. 



Cancelling, Rescheduling & No Shows 



Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 


If 48 hours has not been given you will be charged 30% of the appointment cost. 


No Shows are charged 50% of the appointment cost.  


If Late Cancellations & No Shows Happen on 2 occasions, you will not be able to book any future appointments. 


On occasion 1 - if late cancellation or no show fee is unpaid you will be temporarily blocked from booking until the fee is paid. 


Late Arrivals 

Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time. 

All appointments will end at their scheduled time, so the next client will not be delayed. 


I fully understand that sometimes being late is out of our control. If you are running late please text or call to allow me to advise the best course of action. 


If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and be charged 30% of the treatments you where booked in for. 



Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. 

Vouchers are non transferable, exchangeable or refundable. 

The Skin Works accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen vouchers. 

Vouchers have to be present at appointment to be redeemed
